Cooking Class Rules

● During the session the parent/carer is entirely responsible for the child safety and behaviour throughout the class. You child MUST be supervised at all times.

● I ask that only one parent attends with the child booked on to the class only. This is to ensure there is enough space for everybody taking part to carry out tasks safely. If you are wanting/needing to bring an extra child or adult, please contact us first to check there is space.

● Our cooking classes may be filmed or photographed for promotional use. By booking on to a cooking class you are agreeing to this. Although should you wish for your family not to be included in any filming or photography just inform us of this when you arrive, this will be absolutely fine.

● If the class host falls ill and the session needs to be cancelled, you will be notified by email ASAP and the paid session will be refunded to you. If a group leader cannot run because of COVID guidelines, and cover cannot be found...classes will move online temporarily and a discount of 10% of the term will either be refunded or credited towards a future term. If the class cannot be run due to COVID illness, the class price will be refunded.

● If you cannot make the class for any reason please let me know so I know not to expect you at the class.  The payment will still be taken to cover your place. You can however gift any sessions you cannot make to others to provide somebody else with the experience where an empty session would be.

● If you or your child is vomiting, or has diarrhoea they MUST NOT attend any classes for

48 hours after the last bout of illness. Due to the nature of our classes diarrhoea and vommiting will be highly transmissible while preparing food.

● Please notify me straight away if there are any damages to any of the equipment, ingredients or resources.
